DLP (Digital Light Processing) is the name of an 3D printing process that cures liquid plastic (photopolymer), by UV light source.

In this case, a 2-dimensional surface is cured in the liquid plastic.

A 3-dimensional object is created by shifting the z-axis

A pallet of photopolymer is available as consumable material, which can differ in different degrees of hardness / strength and can be dyed and processed with various color pigments at will.
